I am renovating a Grade II listed Georgian town house for use as a
luxury B&B in Margate, Kent

The plumbing and heating specification fell somewhere between
commercial and domestic and there were different views on what setup
would give good water-flow and pressure over 5 floors, guarantee a
quality shower experience simultaneously in in 4 bathrooms.

I chose Andrzei Senyszyn - A.S. Plumbing through recommendation of my
building contractor who I have worked with for 7 years on several
renovation projects in London. He is very precise, meticulous and
confident with installing wet-rooms and high specification bathrooms.

The job is now nearing completion.
The Building Control officer and all the trades working on site and
have been very impressed with the exceptional quality of the work.
